Business analysis · AI automation

We find the hours your business is losing, then automate them back.

Most companies don't have a technology problem — they have a friction problem. We map how your business actually runs, locate where effort leaks, and build the automation that closes it. AI is how we deliver the work. It isn't the pitch.

The flagship

BusinessOS: survey, build, operate.

Four weeks inside your operation produce a written map of how the work actually moves, a costed list of where it stalls, and a ranked plan for what to automate first. You keep the map whether you build with us or not.

  1. Stage 01
    The survey

Two weeks charting how orders, approvals, invoices and tickets really move.

  2. Stage 02
    The build

Automation applied where the map says it pays — staged, tested, reversible.

  3. Stage 03
    The route, kept

We run it and tune it. One honest number every month: hours back, days shorter.

The method

Four layers, measured in that order.

The full method →

We don't start with a tool shortlist. We start with a survey of your operation — four weeks of interviews, process walk-throughs and system access — and produce an operating model plus a ranked register of automation opportunities. Value on one axis, effort on the other. You keep the document regardless of what you build.

  1. L1

    Verticals

Which lines of business you actually run, who owns each, and where margin genuinely comes from.

  2. L2

    Workflows

Every recurring process end to end, with the number of touches and the wait between them counted.

  3. L3

    Application stack

What you pay for, what's actually used, where data lives, and which integrations are really a person retyping.

  4. L4

    Friction points

Where work stalls, is re-entered, or lives in one person's memory — each costed in hours per week.

Six systems in production, not six case studies.

Managed IT · our own operation

The ticket queue that raises its own hand

Tickets arrived at whatever priority the sender's tone implied. They are now classified on arrival, and a critical one with nobody on it reaches a named person by the channel they will notice.

Managed IT · our own operation

The day arrives already read

Nine systems read and cross-referenced into one briefing before the day starts, and again before it ends — with every written promise tracked in between.

Fire protection · register item A1

The quote drafts itself from last year's inspection reports

Device counts read out of the customer's inspection PDFs in whatever format they arrive, priced into the estimator's own sheet for one human to check.

Fire protection · 22 technicians

Nine questions the field service system could not answer

A dashboard reading the field service platform directly, answering the questions the owner had been working out by hand.

Industrial supply · 15 staff

Quotes that follow themselves up

A timed, in-thread follow-up on every quote, sent as the rep who wrote it and stopping the moment the customer replies.

Construction technology

Cold outreach that stops at the draft

Prospects sourced, scored against a written rubric, and drafted into the salesperson's own outbox — a human still decides whether it sends.

NRC IRAP funding

Most of our clients don't pay full price for this.

Canada's National Research Council IRAP program reimburses eligible small and medium businesses for a large share of qualified AI and digital consulting work — commonly 50% to 80%. We frame the project the way the program reads it and prepare the paperwork with you. Eligibility gets confirmed before you commit a dollar.

50–80%

Typical reimbursement range
  • Canadian-incorporated, for-profit, under 500 employees
  • Project has a defined technical or process outcome
  • Approved before work begins — we sequence around it

Infrastructure backbone

Automation is only as reliable as what it runs on.

Western Rockies IT has run business networks, identity, backups and endpoints since 1991. We share their ownership, offices and on-call bench — so the layer beneath your automation is already someone's job, and a 6am failure is one phone call rather than two vendors pointing at each other.
